10/2004 – 10/2009 :  2nd line support at the Eurocontrol HQ (MIS Service Desk)
° Daily use of the standard Eurocontrol software tools to help users
and resolve problems at the different levels of the data-
processing tools,
° Installation (and uninstall) of the different software used at the
Agency,
° Resolution of wired and wireless network connectivity (also VPN
use and configuration),
° General resolution of conflics between software and/or hardware
(driver)
